前台小哥很有禮貌，服務也很好。酒店有健身房和小小的泳池。周邊吃的選擇很多。
唯一一點，之前在攜程上訂是皇冠酒店，但臨出發前被告知名字改了，根本不是皇冠。攜程的這個操作確實有點不可接受，屬於虛假宣傳…

The shuttle driver was rude and took too long to pick us up and I was with a minor standing outside with my daughter out in the cold and in the dark.

Check in was ok, young female at desk was nice. But I continued to keep getting locked out of my room. On the last night, the battery died in the door. Security could not get me in the room, I was supposed to be moved to another room. Never happened. Thank goodness my friend was near and could use the lock kit to open the door. I asked housekeeping for towels, and she did not want to give me fresh ones. I had to make my own bed. Tried to call the front desk, never got an answer. Ice machine was not working. The bar was making up prices to charge, since no one was buying a drink. Which clearly wasn't' the guest's fault about the machine not working. I can't say that I will return.

First off they put me in a room that was obvious it was not available ao got another a little better.i was upset about the jacuzzi..i was expecting to get in it with my fiance it was valentines instead i thought a monster might jump.out the pool it was so nasty...breakfast is included and what they have to offer is just not worth it...

Did not see a cleaning person at all in 4 days. Had to get coffee from front desk. Staff were very friendly

The location isn’t fabulous, but the staff was really lovely. The room we were in had major issues with electricity and very few lights worked. The beds are ok, but the room was clean and the staff was really awesome.

The stay was ok but I’m upset with the $50 pet night deposit because I was was charged already for two nights already and when I arrive they charged me an additional $50 fee so that’s $150 and look like Im only getting fifty back so I don’t know if I’m going to book through yall again

Room and property were clean. Its hard to get out of the property onto traffic due to the freeway being right there. There was a lack of towels and room services, I assume because of Mardi Gras.
